About our home

Tempe, our 115 year old home is well maintained easy living house that air is conditioned, open fires, gas heating, quality furnishing, wide verandas, easy maintained pool, lots of outside entertainment areas, wifi, cable TV, large range of reading books, piano and garden rooms. Tempe is in a small country town in NSW. Cootamundra has readily accessible shopping walking distance from our home that caters for all needs, an arts centre, weekly movie screenings, regular concerts, an excellent library, restaurants and many community friendly arts and sports opportunities. The town has the oldest country golf course in NSW as well as an indoor/ outdoor pool, two gyms and many parks some of which celebrate sporting history, with Cootamundra being the birth place of Donald Bradman the famous cricketer.
The town is accessed by train from Sydney or Melbourne, the station is a few minutes from Tempe. We are about an hour from Wagga Wagga which is the largest inland city in NSW and about one and a half hours from the Australian capital, Canberra.
