About our home

AVAILABLE MAY/JUNE 2017 Our apartment is the top two floors of the original building on Cremorne Point. It was built in 1909, is heritage listed and has bucket loads of original features and character, as well as possibly one of the most amazing views in Sydney, sweeping 270 degrees all the way from Mosman Bay in the North/ East round past the city and Opera House to the Harbour Bridge in the North/West.
Most of the photos shown here are actual views from the apartment.
We have three bedrooms - one queen and two doubles - and two living areas. In addition we have a separate large dining room adjoining the kitchen, three sunrooms, two sitting rooms and two balconies off the double bedrooms. There is a fourth flexible double/twin bed in an alcove off the upstairs living area.
The styling is an eclectic mix of industrial retro/french provincial. There is a new kitchen and one new bathroom and the upstairs bathroom is an original 1960s hole in the wall, quite quaint and retro.
The ferry wharf is just outside the apartment and a short ferry ride takes you directly to Circular Quay, from where you can walk to Sydney's major attractions including the Opera House, the Rocks, the Harbour Bridge, the Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour as well as the city itself.
We mostly rent the apartment through our agent Luxico, but may consider a direct swap for a special property of equivalent standard. If you're interested in renting, I can pass on your enquiry to the agent and you can also see more info about the apartment on their website at
