Spacious Sydney retreat on Northern Beaches

Stunning three-level modern family home located in the heart of Sydney's Northern Beaches. This stylish, comfortable house has lots of space, a deck overlooking bush and a saltwater pool, outdoor spa and private fully-equipped yoga studio! There is a back gate which leads directly to a public park and playground.

There is also a saltwater swimming pool with solar heating, a deck, an outdoor hot shower and outdoor heated 5-person spa/jacuzzi. Upstairs there is a large deck with bush views and barbecue.

Home comes with all mod-cons, including wi-fi, with office area and even a downstairs rumpus room which can be used as a granny flat/teenage retreat/6th bedroom. There is a basketball hoop and huge Springfree Trampoline which the kids will love! The bathrooms have all been fully renovated (just haven't got around to updating the pics just yet!).
There is reverse cycle air conditioning which is ducted throughout.

There are four large bedrooms upstairs, all carpeted and a huge bathroom and separate WC. The main bedroom also has an ensuite. There is also a bedroom with bunks on the middle level of the house. There are several living areas throughout the mid-level of the house including a dining area and a TV with Playstation 4. This is also a Wi U console.

We also have a yoga studio/home gym equipped with yoga equipment such as bolsters, blankets, eye pillows.

In our shed we have five bicycles which can be used for cycling around the nearby Narrabeen Lake and cycling along pathways direct to Dee Why Beach. We also have two cars, so happy to do a car swap.

We have a beautiful Springer Spaniel and an affectionate cat. We are happy to have the animals cared for if you would prefer for them not to be here. We are a non-smoking househould. Thank you.

Cromer Heights is nestled amid stunning bush - with walks directly on your doorstep. We are just a short drive from numerous beaches including Collaroy, Long Reef, Dee Why and Narrabeen. There is also a bus service which goes direct to Sydney CBD. We are in a stunning part of Sydney - a perfect spot to explore the Northern Beaches from Manly up to Palm Beach and to explore Sydney city centre.
