About our home

Our award winning beachfront home offers the ultimate setting for a resort style holiday. The open plan living area extends onto an expansive deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The northerly aspect allows beautiful mountain and coastline views. All living areas, master bedroom and spa room have ocean views. A private stairway leads directly to the sandy beach which usually offers calm ocean swimming. The beach is exceptionally lovely to walk along. The home is located on the beautiful NSW south coast in a seaside village which has a supermarket, cafes and all amenities. It is 2.5 hours drive from Sydney Airport.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Culburra Beach is a small coastal community of about 3,000 people with shops and cafes to match. The closest large town of 35,000 people, Nowra, is about 20 minutes drive. There is plenty to do and see. There are many scenic walks in the area and books have been published on the subject which we will leave for you. The area is blessed with natural coastal, hinterland and wilderness beauty which is a delight to explore.

There are of course all manner of beach activities including swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking, kite surfing, fishing, boating and sand castle building all right in front of the house. Surf craft can be hired locally.

There are lots of cafes and a couple of restaurants in the village with more up-market restaurants within 10 minutes drive. There is a corner shop with basic commodities about a 5 minute walk down the road and a supermarket, fuel stop, liquor outlet, post office and hardware in the village centre.
