Duncraig is north of Perth, and is a safe and leafy suburb approximately 6 minutes drive from safe swimming beaches.
Our home is compact but fully fitted out for comfortable living with gardens, air conditioning, two cycles, and our friendly easy going cat Nutmeg (who comes with the home) . We have public transport (trains, buses) within walking distance plus shopping centres, large parks, and cafes nearby.
