About our home

Ned's Place is opposite a park on a quiet, tree-laden no through road, yet is still close to the local public transport routes, as well as all of the nearby amenities and attractions. Ned's Place features open-plan living and dining; a covered outdoor entertaining area, with a BBQ, and fully-secured back garden; plus a 2-car remote-controlled garage. Ned's Place has 3 bedrooms (with an optional 4th in the reception room) and 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite and separate toilet) and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. There is 1 queen, 1 double, a bunk bed, 1 single trundle bed and 1 single daybed. There is also a change mat, high chair and portacot kept at the house. The kitchen includes pantry essentials and the house comes equipped with everything you could need to make your stay a relaxing one, such as books, games, DVDs, CDs and tourist information. Linen, bathmats and tea towels are included and towels can be provided on request.
