About our home

Our gorgeous, light, airy and spacious home built in the late 70's has all the comforts with reverse cycle air conditioning and wood heater, the kitchen is practical with dishwasher, gas stove and fridge. Step outside and there is a spacious patio and garden with roses and fruit trees front and back. Come in the summer and you can pick all the Mangoes you want. Come in the Winter and you can pick all the Grapefruit and Mandarins you want.
Eden Hill is only 10kms from the city with buses and trains running close by. By car its a 15min drive. There is a major shopping center at Morley and a small grocery store a 5 min walk from the front door.
Eden Hill is situated withing 5 mins from the historic Swan Valley with its wineries and restaurants. Take a day drive through this lovely country area and taste the local wines.
Further 5kms east and you are in the foothills in the Stirling National Park where there are great walking tracks through the pristine bush with great views of the City and valleys.
Head west and in 20mins you are at the beach. Pick any beach. They are all stunning with white sand and clear water. Perfect for a dip.
Of course out of Perth there are world renowned must see and do's. Down South you have the Margaret River region famous for its wines and I must say some of the best restaurants set in the countryside anywhere.
Up north there is Kalbarri National Park and the town. In the spring this park lights up with millions of different wildflowers. Travel inland and you are in the middle of the paperdaisy country. This is a spectacular show of colour in spring. Head further north and you can enjoy Exmouth and Coral Bay. Stay in Exmouth and drive to Torquoise Bay for the clearest water, the most beautiful fish and the best snorkeling over coral in Australia.
The use of our car can be negotiated.
