Adjacent to the park is the Elsternwick Public 9-hole Golf Course. The house is within walking distance of all forms of public transport including buses, trains and trams.
In the neighbouring eclectic beachside suburb of St Kilda (20 minutes walk either along the beach or canal), you will be able to access many more restaurants, cafes, bars a marina, pier (with resident Fairy Penguin Colony) and Luna Park (historic amusement park with rollercoasters).
There are extensive bike paths along the adjoining foreshore and canal and both St Kilda and the city can be accessed this way. We have two adult and two children's mountain bikes for you to use.
