About our home

We bought our home only a year ago and simply love living here. Enjoying the beautiful sea and hills views that change every day, and all that this location has to offer.

We have lots of room here to accommodate all our six children and grandchildren when they visit with plenty of room to play. Our home is fitted with all the mod cons and a really low maintenance garden. We have a cleaner and a gardener on a regular basis.

More about us

  1. We are semi-retired and we continue to work and travel. We have 6 grown up children. three in Australia and 3 in Ireland. We would love to do a house swap with someone in IRELAND so that we can spend more time in Ireland to visit our children more easily.

  2. We both worked in personal development and corporate training and run workshops and retreats here in Australia.

  3. We have a beautiful home by the sea about an hour's drive from the city of Adelaide. We have no pets to care for, but we love our home and would welcome others who would like to spend some time here and explore this beautiful part of the world. We are very much part of our local community and are keen bridge players. There is plenty to do if you desire or you can just enjoy the beautiful fresh air, warm climate, and stunning hills and sea views that change every day. Great golf courses locally and stunning beach walks along the Heysen trail.

Neighbourhood

Spend some time in nature's playground just an hour's drive from Adelaide. Surfing, snorkeling, sailing, dining, drinking, swimming with tuna and whale watching: do it all on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

The region is also brimming with passionate winemakers to artists and award-winning chefs. Spend the day sipping fruity Fleurieu blends at vineyards only metres away from the sea.

Get to know the locals and sink your teeth into decadent handmade produce. Slow down and savour the region’s best with a long lunch, or make a short drive inland to luxurious wineries.

Rather take it easy? Meander past rich farming land or spend the day snaking your way along the coast. The landscape transforms with the seasons, but remains picture-perfect all year-round.
