About our home

Our house combines industrial with modern. It used to be a butcher (ew), so it has the old-world charm going on with high ceilings and a wide hallway. But it also has all the modern things essential to easy living, like a dishwasher, ducted heating throughout and air-con cooling in the lounge room.

There are two large bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The main bedroom is larger than normal and has exceptional built in robes. There's a smaller third room set up as a study. There's a modern bathroom and toilet, outside laundry (no dryer) and storage shed if needed.

Sitting in the backyard is like being transported into the country, it has large overhanging trees and is quiet (apart from the singing of some little birdies). It's a great space for entertaining with a BBQ and Winston the Bull esky (beer cooler). Any nature lovers: we have possums that like to eat the veggies (and chillies!) we have growing - if you go out the back after dusk they're usually hanging around in the trees.

Anyone is welcome to use my bike as long as the lock is used when out and about. We also have an Audi A3 (auto) for car swapping.
