About our home

Single storey apartment in central Fremantle; beautifully furnished and with newly renovated bathroom. Front porch with harbour view, and delightful internal courtyard.
Short walking distance to all the attractions of this historic port city. Across the park to the Fishing boat harbour with many restaurants, cafes, and bathing beach. Free bus service across road to major sites and main harbour to catch Ferry to Rottnest or Perth. Also to Railway Station.
Home very secure, and has lock up parking for your car.

Where is it?


The apartment is in Central Fremantle, but secure and secluded. Walk across the park opposite to the Fishing Boat Harbour, and many cafes, bars and restaurants that line the waterfront. Walk a little further to beautiful Bathers Beach, and be served your martini under the umbrellas on the sand.
Fremantle is the historic port city of Western Australia, and has many beautifully preserved heritage buildings, including the first building of the settlement of WA, the Roundhouse. The World Heritage listed Fremantle Prison is a short walk away. Fremantle Maritime Museum and Shipwreck Museums are very close, and the amazing Fremantle Arts Centre. The historic Fremantle Markets are nearby and open every weekend. There is always plenty of music and Art happening in Fremantle!
Catch the ferry from the harbour to the beautiful island of Rottnest, featuring a casual atmosphere, picturesque scenery and some of the world's finest beaches and bays.

Walks in the park
The Esplanade park opposite is a beautiful place to relax, or have a coffee at the Carriage cafe, or perhaps try out the world standard Skate Park.
Spot of exercise
Fremantle is a bike friendly town, with several depots to hire bikes. There are also extensive bike paths which can take you south along the beautiful beaches, or head north, and ride along the stunning Swan River.
Day tripping
Most popular day trip - Rottnest Island, but also day trips to Perth to visit the spectacular Kings Park, or go to Whiteman Park to meet the local wildlife.
