About our home

Designer near new home in prestige beachfront street. Ocean view from very large front deck suitable for outdoor alfresco dining most of the year, hammock, deck chairs, cocktails at sunset.

Polished timber floors, modern, stylish furniture, large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen - all with ocean view.

Great karma in this laid back environment.
Occasional street parties, mostly long term residents in this quiet street. Local friends of ours would be very happy to assist with any directions, tourism suggestions, local knowledge or just a chat.

Choice of silver saab convertible or red lexus 4 door luxury sedan - right hand drive in Australia.

Writing this on 2 November 2005, so flight availability is limited for this Xmas/New Year.
Flights to Hawaii available for dates stated.

Also interested in any other destination for June/July 2006 - europe, anywhere - for 1-4 weeks.

Where is it?

The Gold Coast is one of Australia's major tourist resort areas. You may have heard of Surfers Paradise, which is at the northern end of the 20km strip of Gold Coast Pacific Ocean beachfront. We are at Palm Beach, which is at the more peaceful southern end.

Very regular buses at the door if you prefer not to drive. Trains to nearest major city every hour(Brisbane 1.5 million people). Many tourist attractions, eg. Dreamworld, Seaworld, Movieworld. Huge variety of restaurants, casino, clubs & nightlife. Excellent shopping: fashion, jewellery, shoes, surf gear.
