About our home

This unique property is one of Gunnedah’s finest original homes set in expansive gardens with beautiful shaded areas. The tastefully presented home has recently been lovingly restored and retains many of its original features including high ceilings, bay windows, and open fire place. The home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a formal lounge with an open fireplace, dining room, large family entertaining areas, and shady verandahs. The home is surrounded by low maintenance gardens with in-ground swimming pool and private paved entertaining areas.
The home is centrally located in town close to hospital, medical centre, olympic size public pool, public parks, tennis courts, and main street cafes and shops all within a 15 minute walk.

More about us

  1. We're a married couple with 3 children, Olivia (6), Julian (4), and Clancy (2)

  2. Rory used to be a farmer and is now working in a mine and Rebecca is the director of the local Music Conservatorium and is a councillor on Gunnedah Shire Council

  3. We lived until recently on a 15000 acre farm near Gunnedah and we love the character and charm of our new home
