If you are looking for a beautiful, easy care home, with a step down to the canals and water ways - ours is the place. We are a five minute walk to the main drag where there are great restaurants, fishing, boating, little shops and often there are markets or festivals. Mandurah is one hour from the city of Perth in Western Australia. We are very comfortable and happy here, with good neighbours and of course, the best weather in the world. Lets do a swap.
