About our home

Our home is a charming 1930's traditionial Queenslander cottage located in trendy Hawthorne, 3km from all that Brisbane city has to offer. We have just recently bought this home and it has all the essential elements of the famed Queenslander style character with 10 foot ceilings, ornate plasterwork on the ceilings in 2 rooms, VJ walls and a quaint front verandah. We are plannig on renovating this year, so the house isn't the final masterpiece just yet. Having said that, it is a charming cottage with much to offer in the way of location. A car is also provided (automatic) to enable travel to the beautiful Gold and Sunshine Coasts, so that you can explore the beauty and abundance that only Queensland Australia offers.
