My apartment was completely renovated in 2004 and occupies the whole first floor of the 19th century heritage building (old for Australia!). It's spacious and gracious, blending the high ceilings and architectural features of an old building with the contemporary fit out required for comfortable modern living. It's very spacious and comfortable for a group of friends or family to chill together. There are 2 double bedrooms, the master can be either a king sized bed or two singles beds plus a third single bed, plus a third single bedroom. With a fabulous chef's kitchen, you can take advantage of Tasmania's fresh food produce and eat in as well as at a plethora of fabulous local restaurants nearby. Only 7 minutes walk to Hobart's famed waterfront and in the very midst of an edgy emerging area - Mid Town with loads of small shops run by locals.
It is rented out to visitors so to see actual dates of availability go to the website at www.roxburghhouse.com.au to check for specific dates .
