About our home

it is a modest 2 bed house. It has a yard to the rear which is private and securely fenced in with 2 locked gates at either end. There are 2 good sized bedrooms one with a queen sized bed in and the other with 2 single beds. The couch in the lounge can also be converted into a double bed if needed. There is a lounge with separate kitchen and separate laundry which has a door leading to the back yard. Also, leading of the lounge is a toilet with separate bath and shower room. There is modern AC and heating also. There is also an attached private garage to the house. In the lounge there is a 42 in plasma tv with dvd player. There is also a desktop pc in the lounge and you have access to INTERNET. There is also a xbox 360 if wanted.
The neighbors are very quiet and private. There is a bus stop across the road where you can catch a bus to the city and beach and loads of other places too. There is also a doctors surgery across the street and a children's play area with slides and swings etc. There is also a kids playground 2 mins up the road too with slides etc as well as a basketball hoop. Within walking distance, there is a small group of shops with a supermarket, chemist, dvd rental place, dentist, hairdresser and a couple of take away places. A 10 min drive away is a large shopping centre called tea tree plaza which holds LOTS of shops, cienma, restaurants etc. Were also only a a 15 min drive into the Adelaide Hills with places like Houghton and gumeracha - which is the home to the giant rocking horse and wildlife park. We are actually convenient for anything you may come to Adelaide to see for example clare and barossa are within driving distance for the best wineries but there are also some closer scattered throughout the adelaide Hills. There's also loads for the animals lover: cleland wildlife park, Gorge wildlife park, adelaide zoo, monarto zoo and you can go to port Adelaide in 20 mins by car and go up the river on a boat and see dolphins. You can also hire a yacht at glenelg to to see dolphins. There's a whale center at victor harbor just an hours drive where you can find out when its whale season down here and whats the best time to see one! Victor harbor also has loads to see and do in itself without the whales like getting a ride on a horse drawn tram and seeing some fairy penguins. There's also urimbirra wildlife park. So there's loads to see and do and that's just to get started!
