About our home

Our home has been completely renovated and is set among the trees in the Perth hills. There are 3 double bedrooms, withe master having a large walk-in robe, huge wet room and make-up room. There is a nice alfresco room leading from the dinning room, which has a flat screen tv, lounge and dinning areas. There are cafe blinds to use on the cooler evenings and an instil heater. The pool is not heated and may be too cold for Winter use. There is a main lounge/tv room leading into a reading room with triple folding doors into the alfresco. There are several outside areas to sit and relax, have dinner or a long lazy breakfast by the huge pool. There are weekly farmers markets where you can purchase a huge range of locally produced produce. The Swan Valley is less than a 20-minute drive from Kalamunda and hosts many wineries, Famous Margaret River Chocolate Factory, cheese tasting, outdoor concerts and several free weekend events each year.
