A decent sized backyard is perfect for relaxing as you listen to the local stream flow past the back fence. Positioned directly off a main road to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast but still quiet enough so you don’t hear any traffic.
Buses stop at the end of the street that go directly to the city in about 20mins. Close to major shopping centre and all other facilities including just 20 mins from the international and domestic airport.
Kedron is 8km from the Brisbane CBD and is a family-oriented suburb offering numerous schools and recreational activities.
Newcomers to the area will find that walk and bike ways are available in and around the many picnic and barbeque spots in Mercer Park. The Scout Association is also active in the Kedron area.
For more modern entertainment, Stafford City Shopping Centre and Westfield Shoppingtown Chermside offer two of the newest cinema complexes built on the north side of Brisbane along with game arcades, and in Westfield Chermside's case, ten pin bowling lanes.
