About our home

Built in 2015 this modern home is situated in a cul-de-sac at the top of the hill. Extensive regional park behind the house with dozens of kangaroos that visit the house each night.
Bamboo flooring throughout.
6 metre bi-fold doors open on to a 3m wide by 22m long bamboo decking verandah overlooking the city. Fully ducted aircon/heating.
Steep driveway would not suit anyone who has issues walking.
5 mins drive to Kelmscott railway station then 20 mins by train to the city.
5 mins to the Southwest Highway for access to the Margaret River Wine Region (2 to 3 hours).
Car essential.
