Soaring over Kiama, our home commands dramatic coastline, beach and ocean views. It is a haven of space, light and luxury with an indoor/outdoor design featuring bi folds, glass walls and a gym.
The outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven is surrounded by tropical gardens and outdoor entertaining space, along with a solar heated, salt water swimming pool which blends seamlessly into the kitchen, meals and living areas. We have a 75 inch TV with Apple TV, Foxtel, Netflix and Stan plus a sound system with Sonos. A Google Nest Hub is located in the kitchen as well as a Google Nest Audio in Bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has an X Box and study area. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are queen beds, Bedroom 4 is a double.
We have completed 24 successful exchanges.
Our home is only a short walk to Kiama's restaurants, cafes, train station and golden beaches.
We have 2 cats, Louis and Storm, who come and go inside to outside and vice versa. As does our dog, Archer. They will need feeding, watering and given any love you have to share. Archer will need walking as well. We can arrange to have Archer taken care of by friends or she can travel with us at times.

We are retired teachers with two adult sons, one works as a geologist in Kalgoorlie and the other works in Marketing & PR & lives in Sydney. As a family we enjoy nature, music, sport, photography and entertaining family & friends. We keep active by walking, cycling, tennis, swimming and using our home gym.
Our sons sometimes travel with us if their work schedules allow it. At other times our friends join us.
We love to travel, but not from one hotel to another, so we are appreciative of the opportunity of staying in a 'home'. We show respect & have completed 24 successful exchanges.
Please bear in mind our home is not suitable for young children.
Also please note we have 2 cats, Louis and Storm, who come and go freely from inside to outside and vice versa, as does our dog Archer. They will need feeding and given any love you have to share. Archer will need walking daily. Alternatively she can go to friends or travel with us.
