Our home is situated moments away from beautiful Coogee beach, Centennial Parklands and 15 minutes from the CBD of Sydney. Extremely central to everything, including the University of NSW and the Prince of Wales and Childrens Hospital campuses, yet in a very peaceful and private location.
We have just renovated our front and backyard, which now includes an architecturally designed back deck area (for soaking up the morning sun), outdoor kitchen and new landscaped gardens.

There is also a separate study/ office in the main house and wireless internet throughout. As well as a full equipped gym and separate bedroom above the garage.
Sunshine warms the home through the large expansive windows. All rooms are of generous size and the home is cooled or heated by the reverse cycle air conditioning.
Public transport is extremely accessible in our area due to the proximity of the University of NSW as well as the Prince of Wales/ Sydney Childrens Hospitals campus.
A car exchange is preferred which makes getting around and parking very easy. If you have your own car, parking can be a bit tricky on the street during business/ uni hours. We have a double lock up garage at the rear of the property where our two cars are kept, with direct access to the yard and house.
We have a fortnightly house cleaner and a pool cleaner.
