About our home

Congratulations, you found us!

Awesomeville is possibly the best beach residence on the East Coast of NSW, in Korora Bay.

Enormous & unique this two bedroomed, absolute beachfront accommodation enjoys un-interrupted stunning coastal views of the Pacific Ocean and bay. Combining cutting edge architecture with luxurious modern interiors.

Here's a few reasons why you'll want to return. This surprising captivating space is set over four spacious floors.

It's all about the views. On entering the airy open plan living area the landscape will have you opened jawed and wow-ing all over the place from the get go.

Architecturally designed floor to ceiling windows flood the home with light and beach panoramas. You can watch whales from the sofa and dolphins from the shower!

Take a long relaxing bath, we have two tubs at Awesomeville and each of your rooms has ensuite facilities.

Generous outdoor entertaining areas flow seamlessly from your bedroom giving unforgettable sunsets and moonlight displays. Curl up in soft Italian pure-linen bedding and let the sound of the ocean be your lullaby.

A fully equipped sleek Miele kitchen will impress any budding chef. Freshly ground beans from the built in coffee machine are the cherry on the cake! Ironbark solid wood floors and beautiful homewares combine costal cool and luxurious style.
Use what you like from our pantry of basics, but please re-fuel anything you finish so our next guests are afforded the same curtesy.

You can even control the temperature to your liking with throughout dual air-con and heating. Get the right mood with dimmer lights throughout the house.
Awesomeville is the perfect getaway for two couples or a romantic luxury holiday for two.

You'll have full access to all four floors of the huge home, though we have closed off two small ante-rooms which serve as our offices in the lower section of the house.

A large covered outdoor deck complete with ocean views and Yoga mats means you can keep on top of your dog head-down or child pose with the sound of the waves to help you stretch and relax.

Did we mention a private wooden staircase to the beach? Oh, and one last thing, we have off street spaces for two vehicles meaning you'll never need to search for a park when at Awesomeville!

Korora beach is magnificently unspoilt, quiet and beautiful. Its great place for fishermen, painters, photographer's, birdwatchers, walkers or nature lovers. 60km of Costal walks, filled with beautiful flora and fauna cannot fail to inspire. Famous surf breaks are in abundance too.

Whether you want our help in recommendations or would rather be left to enjoy your private luxury, we have it covered.
A keypad entry system allows you key free access to Awesomeville and our comprehensive house guide and local information folder is all you'll need to enjoy the very best the house and area has to offer.

We have an extensive house manual to guide you around which we update regularly. We can email it you before you come so you can plan ahead or browse through the hard copy when you arrive at Awesomeville. Either way you'll have all the info you need to get the very best out of your stay.

There are dvd's, books and games for rare rainy days, or you can sit and enjoy natures fabulousness as storms come in - If you're lucky electrical storms light up the night sky.

The Forest Sky Pier is located just across the highway, within Bruxner Park Flora Reserve, Orara East State Forest. It offers visitors an amazing panoramic view from mountains to the Coffs Harbour coastline. The Pier extends 21 metres out from the lookout and stands 15 metres above the forest floor!

There are many great restaurants and bars to sample as well as cafes and interesting boutiques and shops.

Coffs Harbour is well-known for its friendly, relaxed atmosphere, its spectacular coastline, and its many attractions and events as well as fishing, diving, wildlife and whale watching. From May to November hop on a cruise to see these magnificent mammals up close or step out onto one of the decks at Awesomeville and watch from the comfort of the house!
