About our home

Our weekend retreat is set in 10 acres of bush overlooking the State forest and Port Phillip Bay. 10 minutes drive from the beach it offers space and serenity away from the more densely populated Peninsula towns.

Simple and stylish with 3 queen beds and a kid's room with 3 single beds plus trundles. For additional privacy of the bedrooms and ensuite is in a separate building accessed via the deck.

North facing it is flooded with sunlight in Winter and the large deck is perfectly sited for watching the sunset over the bay.

Minimum stay 5 nights unless otherwise agreed.

Not suitable for pets as there is wildlife on the property and limited fencing.

Note - We have accumulated points and so are seeking home swaps rather than points swaps. As we live in Melbourne our preference is not for swaps in our home city.

More about us

  1. We are a professional couple living in inner urban Melbourne with one well travelled and house trained young adult son.

  2. We have enjoyed our many house swaps in Australia and overseas and appreciate the mutual trust, respect and courtesy involved when you are swapping your home. We are tidy and conscientious guests and so we prefer to swap with homes that have similar hosts.

As we have accumulated a points balance and so we have a preference for home exchange (non-simultaneous is fine) rather than points swaps.

  3. We love spending time in nature, discovering new locations and regional produce.
