House is situated atop 22 acres bushland property 12km's from Mansfield town centre. Mansfield is the major town servicing the snow ski resort of Mt Buller (30 mins by car). The property also has lake frontage to Lake Eildon through the front gate. Due to current drought lake level seasonally fluctuates. Lake activities include water skiiing, fishing, swiming, boating and sailing.
House is an ideal base for snow skiing during the winter. In Summer perfect for boating and relaxing by the lake in a country atmosphere. Winery tours are popular also exploring the high country mountains by 4wd where the legend of the man from snowy river was born.
We have 2 horses that reside on property. Kangaroos frequent the property as well as may other native animals. Wombats, Kookaburras and the occasional Koala.

We live in Melbourne and are a family of four with a boy aged twelve who has just begun high school and a girl aged ten who is at the local primary school. This house is a holiday house of ours which we also make available for holiday rental accommodation. Therefore we can offer a non-simultaneous exchange. Both of us work in family owned and operated businesses and have the capacity to work from home if necessary.

We have a house in Melbourne (also listed here) ref no. 21631. This property could also form part of the exchange.
