This spacious two-bedroom 1908 heritage listed apartment ( see http://vhd.heritagecouncil.vic.gov.au/places/744) is located right in the centre of Melbourne CDB on a cobblestone laneway. Adjacent to Melbourne Central shopping centre, enjoy easy access to everything this city has to offer. Within walking distance of all of Melbourne's cultural, shopping, dining and entertainment attractions. The apartment is 80 sq metres on the fourth floor (serviced by a lift) with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking a cobblestone laneway. There is undercover car-parking for a single car. The apartment is very secure with an onsite caretaker.
