About our home

Our beautiful Edwardian home is in a beautiful suburb of Melbourne, only 15 minutes to the CBD by train. We have 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has an ensuite and all have built in robes. Open plan Kitchen, dining and living, large study/library, separate laundry and vegie patches. Two of the bedrooms are kids rooms and the other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Main bathroom has a corner spa as well as shower. We are close to beautiful parklands as well as the hip areas of Northcote and Fitzroy with many of the cities best restaurants, cafes and bars.
The house also has heating, air-conditioning and a woodfire. Eco-sustainable features include water tank and solar panels.
We are looking for a swap in New York from mid August this year (2014) until the end of December.
