About our home

- Our beach shack is only a short stroll to the beautiful Mooloolaba beach, amazing restaurants & shops yet in a quiet neighbourhood.
- You can go kayaking, stand up paddle boarding or catch a fish from your back deck.
- Perfect base to explore all Sunshine Coast attractions (Noosa, beaches, hinterland, Australia Zoo, etc.)

Our holiday house is a canal home that has been renovated and is located right in the heart of Mooloolaba. Positioned just a short walk from everything Mooloolaba has to offer including the famous Mooloolaba beach, surf club and of course the amazing shops, restaurants and cafes - yet nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac street with plenty of space for young families or pets.

This holiday home is located in a prime position just 600m flat walk to the beach and esplanade so you can walk to the heart of Mooloolaba in minutes. This home is positioned in a quiet street (with lovely neighbours!) and not suitable for loud parties or events.

There is a park directly across the street and both the Mooloolaba Bowls and Surf Club are nearby. A small shopping centre with a convenience store, baker, doctor, chemist, bottle shop and some take-away shops are just around the corner (200m away).

Local attractions such as Noosa, Hinterland scenery and towns like Maleny and Montville, Eumundi markets and Australia Zoo are all only about a 30 minutes drive away.

The Sunshine Coast Airport (Maroochydore) is only a 15 minute drive away.

This 3 bedroom holiday home has a relaxed beachy feel with polished concrete floors, high ceilings and exposed timber beams. There is an open plan to the living area which adjoins a fully equipped modern kitchen including a servery window perfect for entertaining outdoors.

There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each (sleeps 2 x 2) and one bedroom with a single trundle bed (sleeps 2). Additional features include reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, built in robes to all bedrooms and a single renovated bathroom plus separate toilet.

A rear roller door to the garage allows access to the fully fenced backyard with ‘battle axe” river access (4 m wide). This river access has a cozy waterfront deck which is ideal for those wanting to enjoy the waterfront lifestyle and river activities such as standup paddle boarding and kayaking. Otherwise enjoy the views on the deck during a BBQ, throw a line or watch the sun set.

This versatile and practical home is fantastic for friends, couples and families with kids. The back of the property is fully fenced and pet friendly.
The laundry includes a washing machine and a dryer.

Off street parking is available. A secure key box is available and the access code will be provided upon arrival.

Please note that the outside of our holiday home is currently getting a facelift - more pictures to follow in the coming weeks :)

Please note that this is our holiday house. We live close by and will be available for assistance, but will not be on the premises. Our home is located in the next suburb and also available for home exchanges.

We very much enjoy living on the Sunshine Coast and just want to share the wonderful lifestyle we have here. If there is anything else you need or you have any questions at all please just feel free to ask!
