Our home is a stunning, newly built, open plan, waterfront detached house on the famous Mooloolaba Canal system leading to Mooloolaba Beach.
This architecturally designed home is the ultimate in open plan living with marble kitchen and chef’s smeg oven, bar area leading onto an outdoor eating area, huge deck and Bali hut over the water and view onto the canal. A crystal blue pool and your own private beach on the canal, ensure there are water views from nearly every room in the house of this 4 bedroom home. The Master room opens onto the pool area with a triple shower (shower for two people) en-suite and walk in robe, all bedrooms are large double rooms, with a large kid’s room with a single bed and cot (although one bedroom is a home office as I run my business from home). Huge bar b que and use of all our toys including surf boards, lilo’s fishing rods, knee boards, skateboards, bikes etc, you will never have a dull moment. Widescreen TV and media player stocked with hundreds of movies (not that you’ll watch much television). Imagine spending the evenings watching the sunset over the canal with a glass of red, a large Aussie steak cooking on the bar b and casting your fishing rod from your own private pontoon.
Our house is ideal for a family with children as we have a (full safety approved fenced) pool, private beach and loads of toys for the kids to play with. We also have a family car with two car seats, which we can neg. as part of a swap.
We are just a short 10 minute stroll or 2 minute drive to the pristine Beaches and cosmopolitan Mooloolaba Esplanade with its mix of fine dining restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Mooloolaba is just one hour’s drive from Brisbane International airport but 1000’ miles from city bustle.
