About our home

Our home is very clean, modern and beautifully furnished in a fabulous spot on Balmoral slopes, only two minutes walk to Sydneys famous Balmoral Beach where there are no less than 8 cafes to enjoy a coffee and some of the best views in Australia!! We have three bedrooms with two queen beds and one single bed and two main living areas, both with TVs and both open on to spacious terraces. We have lovely Sydney harbour views from the main bedroom and the living/dining/kitchen area. As I enjoy cooking, the kitchen is well fitted out and has its own separate French doors out to the outside terrace area.

More about us

We are a retired couple (my husband an ex airline exec and I am ex hotel exec) who are very flexible with dates and love to travel. We love our home (my husband and his books, and me and my kitchen) and are happy to share with like minded well educated people who would take good care of our home.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Balmoral Beach, where we are located, is in the upmarket Sydney suburb of Mosman. To drive to the harbour bridge takes less than 10 minutes and the centre of Sydney is easily accessible from here by bus and ferry. Mosman is well known for its wide variety of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, world famous Taronga Zoo (the only "industry in our exclusive suburb), and of course our own very special Balmoral Beach where you can swim, walk, kayak, canoe, sail, windsurf, or sample the delights of many of the beachside cafes and restaurants. Mosman is surrounded on three sides by the sparkling water of Sydney Harbour, so lots of lovely walks are available.
