About our home

Our home was built in 1905 in the Federation style with imposing verandah. Spanning two stories it boasts both 3 double bedrooms downstairs( Master with WIR and Ensuite) 2 further large double bedrooms( 1 with seperate study) and large family bathroom open plan family gourmet kitchen/ dining/ living areas flowing to kid safe secure to sandstone paved outside entertaining area and lush lawn. Upstairs under the Romantic gabled Eaves are two further double bedrooms and bathroom plus bonus study. Juliette balcony with Opera house views.
Our very upscale neighbourhood Mosman is home to both young families and young professionals.
5 mins level walk to trendy Military rd for all your food and fashion shopping needs.
5 mins walk to famous Tarango Zoo and the extensive bush land walks of Sydney Harbour National park
Bus stops at our doorstep to City or to catch Sydney Harbour Ferry.
I have 2 chihuahuas and a Cavalier spaniel,they can be part of the swap or can go to a doggie hotel
My live in housekeeper is available at a charge or she can move out for duration.

5 mins level walk takes you to countless family and upscale cafés and restaurants like Bathers Pavilion and Balmoral Beach Boat House

East Coast Bar is decked out in New England style and boasts panoramic views of Sydney Harbour.

Burnt Orange Cafe is hidden away in Sydney Harbour National Park and is located in the old Officers Clubhouse for the Australian Navy.

Walks in the park
Sydney Harbour National park is 10 mins from my front door and has a dirt track that circles several kilometres around the suburb of Mosman perfect for gentle bush walking and you can stop off fir a latte at Balmoral Beach.
Spot of exercise
Act like a local and shimmy up the huge towering Cyprus pine in my front garden to catch the best view of the fireworks on Sydney Harbour on NYE
Day tripping
Jump on a ferry and catch a catamaran ferry to Manly Beach,hire boogie boards for the kids and book yourself in for some surfing lessons
