About our home

A beautiful and central location...
It is only a three minute drive to the beautiful West Australian beaches; cafes, delis and shops are on your door step. The Perth city centre and Kings Park are a ten minute drive and buses and trains are just a short walk from the house.

Down a quiet cul de sac our house is very private, yet is still in the heart of Perth's exclusive western suburbs.
A spacious and light entrance leads you into multiple living and entertaining areas, including a large kitchen which opens into a very large casual dining and family room, which opens onto the wisteria covered pergola, pool and gardens. Upstairs there are three large childrens bedrooms, a playroom, a bathroom as well as the master suite with its own ensuite and balcony overlooking the pool.
Downstairs there is also a study, a formal sitting room and dining area and another master bedroom with its own ensuite that overlooks the front rose gardens.
The house has all mod cons including Wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, foxtel and a security system
