About our home
Our Albany House is situated on Middleton Road half way down to Middleton Beach, but still only a short walk from Albany's CBD. It has 4 bedrooms. The huge master bedroom has a king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sizes bed and the 3rd bedroom has a further queen sized bed as well as a desk for those who may have work to do. The 4th bedroom has 2 beds, a double and a single.
The large lounge has a TV and DVD player and music system. Theddineing room seats 8 and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen which includes a Nespresso machine. So bring your pods.
A completely separate games room with TV and DVD player is present at the rear of the house and opens out onto the rear patio area with an 8 seater outdoor table and chairs with a Weber Q BBQ.
The house has jarrah floorboards through the living and dining areas. It is reverse cycle air conditioned throughout and also has a gas heater in the living room.
A large car park provides parking for several cars with plenty of room for a caravan or a boat.
The house is perfectly situated close to Middleton Beach and Albany city centre as well as providing easy access to Albany's many attractions.
