Our charismatic and classic 1970s home was designed by well known Perth architect Peter Overman. Situated in one of Perths premier suburbs, Nedlands, it's a short ten minute drive to the beach and the City and a walk or two minute drive to the river. Leafy, tree-lined streets and large blocks are typical of the suburb.
The main house contains two generous living areas with TVs (one being a smart TV), renovated eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, two children's rooms (single bed and a cot) and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The house is surrounded by lush, leafy gardens; including a gorgeous lawn area and well-equipped alfresco dining space. In addition there's a separate, large granny flat on the property with queen bed and bathroom. There's also a good quality, sturdy fold out single bed in the granny flat, which can easily be brought in to the cot bedroom if necessary.
The alfresco area has an outdoor dining table, couches, Weber gas BBQ, ceiling fan and down lights.
Electric gates keep the whole property secure and completely safe for small children.
Swap can include use of car - a Volkswagen Golf Wagon.
Looking for a swap in Sydney (preferably Northern Beaches), for Christmas and new year 2017.
