About our home

We live in the sleepy fishing village of Lemon Tree Passage which is part of the Port Stephens waterway. If you love fishing, boating or just being with the family in the safe, warm water just opposite our home you will love this place. Half an hour from the busier Nelson, Anna and Shoal Bay, Little Beach and Fingal. One hour from the vineyards of the Hunter Valley and forty minutes from the bustling city of Newcastle (take the ferry over from Stockton for a fun time with the kids) Twenty minutes from Newcastle airport.
We have four eateries including the new "The Poyers" where you can experience fine cuisine sitting on the marina. Thai, fish and chips and superb crepes at the other venues.
Our local Bowling Club (walking distance) serves a great meal and there is a kids club for $2 per child on Friday and Saturday.
A little further (five mins in car) is the RSL and Coles supermarket.
We have three doctors surgeries and a local ambulance dock, a vet, pharmacy, three butchers, hairdressers and two bakeries.
Our home is comfortable with aircon in family room, two beds and separate apartment plus fans in all of these. Two separate living areas with large TVs in each, one in main bedroom.
One ensuite and two other bathrooms.
We have a very large covered area with seating for eight/ten and a large grassed garden.
Large BBQ for cooking outdoors.
The best thing about where we live is being able to walk over to the Marina through a grassed pathway and we are at the children's park and roped off area for swimming.
Feed the Pelicans, sip your coffee and watch the children enjoy the safe warm water.
