Clean, minimal but comfortable interiors perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The home has 3 bedrooms plus a rumpus/media/study with foldout bed & 2 bathrooms. No photo is attached of rumpus but has a desk so could be used to work from home.
Master bedroom with ensuite & double shower & Queen Bed with access to covered front deck.
Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed with private courtyard & deck.
Bedroom 3 with Queen Bed with access to covered front deck.
Rumpus with pull out double sofa with access to covered front deck.
All beds have cotton & linen bedding.
Have a tenanted granny flat adjoining property which is very private.
We also have a Burmese cat Sergio who if possible is included in our swaps, he just needs feeding & is otherwise quite low maintenance.
We are very tidy & organised in our own home & will treat other people's property with the same care & respect.

We are family of 4 with an a 15 yr old son & 11 yr old daughter.
We're a quiet family and when we're not busy with working & studying we love the beach, surfing, swimming, great food, hanging out together & with family and friends.
Ideally we're looking for house swaps in Bali & other parts of Asia, pref over Australia school holidays but we're open to other offers too. We are very tidy & will treat your home as if it is our own.
Newport Beach is located to the north of Bungan and south of Bilgola Beach approximately 40 minutes from Sydney's CBD and is easily accessible by bus or car. A loyal tribe of surfers take to the waves at Newport Beach and boat enthusiasts enjoy Pittwater. From the water to Newport's laid-back village, this neighbourhood is completely chilled.
This laid-back beachside suburb has a rugged beauty that makes you set your worries aside. Lush vegetation, rugged headlands and a village ambience that encourages lazy days in the sun are just some of the reasons you'll never want to leave Newport.
Newport lays claim to two beaches. Renowned for the 1.3 kilometre stretch of Newport Beach which has a salt water pool at one end and a walking trail at the other. Bungan Beach has restricted access via steep slopes and limited parking, making this beach a real locals haunt On the western side of the peninsula is the Pittwater which is popular with boat enthusiasts with the beautiful green hills surrounds of Scotland Island and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.
