The home is located just a lazy 6 minute walk through Pinaroo Park to the Junction where you will find many interesting shops, restaurants, medical facilities ,coffee shops, and banking services.
The house has just been totally renovated and is now a slick modern house with state of the art fittings and appliances. including a complete new kitchen and updated private pool area. As you enter the front door you there is a large area housing the foyer, dining room, formal lounge room , sitting room and a seperate media room, this all leads out onto the outdoor dining room , lounge area and private pool with sun-beds, table and chairs for lazy lunches by the pool.
Off the kitchen is the under bench laundry and a tea and code making station with an Italian expresso machine and a powder room.
Leading from the kitchen area and the master Master bedroom with an ensuite and king size bed as well as two other bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other 2 single beds, a family bathroom with shower and bath.
All bedrooms have built in robes and ceiling fans, the queen bedroom looks out not the pool area where the Master bedroom looks onto a private tropical garden.
The kitchen has a modern open plan with stone bench tops, state of the art Miele ovens and appliances and the lounge/media room fitted with a Sonos surround sound system and smart TV providing free to air, Netflicks, SBS on Demand and ABC I view.
The outside balcony with its pool and garden view is private and has both an outdoor lounge area and seperate dinning area complete with a built in BBQ.
The home has a modern laundry with washer and dryer. The apartment is complete with ceiling fans in every room and ducted air-conditioning throughout and an intercom system at the front gate of the property to allow visiter access.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, bed side cabinets, side lamps quality drapes and blinds with a ceiling fan and walk in ensuite with seperate open shower, toilet . There is a walk in robe between the bedroom and the Ensuite.
The second bedroom is suited off the hallway form the kitchen and overlooks a tropical garden and the pool area. This bedroom is serviced by a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet and double vanity unit .
This bedroom has a queen size bed, bed side cabinets, side lamps and wardrobe with a ceiling fan .
We are an extremely tidy couple and you will find our home both clean and uncluttered. Should you not be in a position to leave the apartment in the same way we can recommend a cleaner who will undertake the cleaning on your departure. This will however be at your expense.
As the Gated community complex with other homes we ask our guest to respect the comfort of other tenants and refrain for making excessive noise.
