About our home

Our beach house is located in North Avoca, which is in the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, between Avoca Beach and Terrigal.
The house was designed by a local architect and built approx. 12 years ago. It is literally a 5-minute walk to the waves and the sand of the beautiful North Avoca beach. The local popular cafe Boy and The Rose and the North Avoca Surf Club are metres away. Our block is flat and the house itself built on 3 half-levels plus a roof terrace, which offers panoramic water and district views as well as total privacy.
North Avoca really is a hidden treasure, a great neighbourhood for a holiday.
A fantastic home, only a 10-minute short drive to the conveniences of the coastal town of Terrigal with shops, cafes and restaurants in abundance. A wonderful opportunity for you and your family to experience a great lifestyle in a beautifully presented home, only 60 metres from the beach in the Central Coast’s most sought after suburb.

 Easy living with open plan lounge, dining and gourmet kitchen on ground floor, all flowing onto one great space and opening onto a large private courtyard and entertaining area, with beautiful green and plush lawn.
 Off the kitchen is the laundry, pantry as well as a small bathroom with guest toilet perfect for a shower when coming in straight from the beach.
 Internal access from the double garage is an added bonus for practical and security reasons.
 Ducted air conditioning on ground floor.
 The sleeping quarters are: a very spacious main bathroom which is half a level up from ground floor (6 steps);
 Another half a level up are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom (vanity, bath tub and glass screened shower) as well as a separate toilet and washbasin;
 The next half level up has a fourth large bedroom with en-suite bathroom (double vanity, glass screened shower and toilet).
 And finally 6 steps up is the tiled roof terrace.
 In total, four spacious bedrooms make this home great for families wanting to holiday by the beach.
One of the main advantages is, as this house is our secondary residence, we do not have to be locked into dates that suit us and can thus be quite flexible.
