Private nature retreat - minutes to everything

Our beautiful Australian coastal home is a peaceful, artistic space set high in the trees on the stunning Central Coast.
It features an open plan, with inside flowing outside to enjoy the summer days. Very casual and easy living, having undergone a recent transformation we are equipped with all the modern amenities.
We are a 10 minute walk (mostly downhill), or a 3 min drive, from great swimming and surfing beaches, stylish shops, cafes and restaurants at North Avoca and Terrigal beach.
Beautiful walking tracks and right on public transport if you want to visit Sydney (90 minutes by car) and leave the car behind.
You will have access to our 7 seater car, to put all the surf boards in. You can borrow any of our equipment, bikes, long and short surf boards or boogie boards. Lots of gear for young kids, a slide in the backyard, tyre swing in the tree and a massive trampoline.

Perfect for the whole family (or extended family), sleeping 7 with 5 bedrooms. and 3 bathrooms. The house features open living at it's best, boasting 3 levels, master and ensuite with private library/lounge on the top level, separate living spaces on 2nd and third level, expansive private balconies on second and third level for alfresco entertaining and feeding of our resident rainbow lorikeets. Other special touches are the impressive open fireplace for cosy winter stays and plenty of space in our sub tropical gardens for the kids to play.
There is a secure driveway for two cars to be parked under cover.
