About our home
Our comfortable home is a split level, with a studio apartment on the upper level. It is a completely separate, open-plan, light filled, area with a balcony . The only shared space is the hallway, the rest is fully self-contained. The house is just a short stroll to the beautiful surf beach of North Avoca, and a ten minute drive from the popular tourist area of Terrigal beach. With a variety of good restaurants and bars in the area and a great holiday feel you will enjoy a great break from the norm.

“What a lovely house in an incredible location. We loved our stay here in Avoca, it was perfect in every way. Short stroll to a stunning sandy beach, great walks along the side of the lake, a delightful garden, what could be better. The house was very comfortable with a large, particularly peaceful terrace. To complete the perfection, the most helpful and charming host. A really special swap for us.”

If your'e feeling adventurous there is easy access to the lagoon after a five minute walk with kayaks on trolley. Otherwise relax on the golden sands of North Avoca Beach, just a short flat walk down Ocean St. With so many bars and restaurants in Terrigal you will be spoiled for choice!
