Our home is located just 300m from the pristine waters of the Indian ocean in the prestigious beach side suburb of North Beach in Perth. Built new in 2011, it benefits from a modern and contemporary design to enjoy the magnificent ocean and inland views. An executive styled house of about 4000 sq. ft (over 400m2) that features beautifully sized rooms and quality finishes throughout. It is a home of uncompromised space and luxury in a truly incredible location. Built to maximise both ocean and inland views our home includes four bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms, 4 wc's a cinema room and family living areas on both the ground and upper floor. The vast upper level open-plan living/dining area opens onto a spacious balcony - ideal for enjoying late breakfasts and long lunches.
The photo's of our house were taken in September 2011 - a month before we moved in and the house was unfurnished at the time. The beach photo's are of our local beaches. The beach at the bottom of our road is a 3 minute walk. The other beaches are a 5 or 10 minute walk away.
North Beach is a beautiful place to live in, to visit and to call home. It is a fantastic suburb for cafe lifestyle and beach side living. Restaurants, beaches, fishing, parks, 'A' class native bushland reserves, golf, and tennis are all only moments away from our home in North Beach. Our house is just a short stroll from the beach, parks, public transport and the sublime restaurants of Flora Terrace. Walking paths and cycle ways are a feature of the coast line of the beachside suburbs of Perth. Perth has been voted one of the world's most liveable cities and we would love to share it with you.

My wife and I worked in the health care industry for many years. My wife is a nurse in Perth's Hollywood Hospital whilst I left the hospital environment some years ago and now work in the oil and gas industry.
We have two grown up children who live internationally - one in London and the other we can't keep up with - Indonesia, France, Saudi Arabia and where ever else his employer needs him.
We love to travel and try to catch up with the boys when we can.
We have never done a home exchange before and look forward to hearing from anyone who would like to enjoy all that Perth has to offer
