Walk to charming shopping strip with all amenities for holiday needs. Close to the Bellarine vineyards and award winning restaurants. 10 minutes from Queenscliff, a charming historic seaside town with regular car and passenger ferry to Sorrento. Very friendly neighbours. A 4 door, 5 seater Subaru car available for use
