Lovely 5 bedrooms, close to CBD, salt water pool

Hi! We are a family of 4, Mum Jo, Dad Milan and 2 gorgeous boys Adrian 7 and Zac 3 years. Milan has his own business, a consultancy firm in property and Jo has been a stay at home Mum for the past 7 years.
Our home is one level. It has 5 bedrooms.
Room 1 has a large king size bed. Located at the front of the house
Room 2 has nursery with a large boori cot. Located at the front of the house
Room 3 has a single bed with many toys and kids costumes. Located at the back of the house.
Room 4 is a guest room with a single bed and a trundle bed that can be pulled out and used as well. Located at the back of the house.
Room 5 is a study and kids art & craft room, If needed, a queen sized self inflate bed can be used in this room. Located at the back of the house.
All rooms have full black out blinds, so you and your kids can get a sleep in.

There's a formal living and dining for people who like to entertain.
Otherwise for the relaxed occasion we have an informal living and dining area which leads outside to the entertainment area.
Next to this is another large area with toys for kids to play, while you sit and relax.

There's two bathrooms, one located at the front and the other at the back of the house.
You can use whatever you like in the kitchen. We have a thermomix, cold press juicer, zazen water filter and for the coffee lover an awesome coffee machine.

We have bi fold doors in the informal living area that open up to the entertainment area. This area is great for entertaining as the seating is undercover. However the shades can be removed to allow full sunlight in. This area is fenced off from our back yard, so you can allow kids to happily play without getting to the pool. This area has toys as well for kids to play.
If entertaining is your thing we also have a large BBQ to cook your favourite meals and a mini fridge to keep the drinks cold.

Next to the entertainment area we have a solar heated salt water pool and large backyard. For extra safety you can request a pool net that is secured tightly and holds the weight of an adult. Behind the pool we have a shed that has many floatation devices for little ones or water guns and super soakers for the big kids.

Down the side of the house we have a sandpit and mud kitchen for kids to play. This area is fenced from the pool area so they can play safely.

We have highchairs, booster seats that attach to a dining chair, portacots, strollers and even a sturdy side by side double pram.
We have two large cars that are available to use. We also have many car seats and boosters for toddlers to kids.

Chadstone shopping centre is 10 mins drive away. We are close to many atttractions, also the train station and many restaurants, places to shop and many parks are in the area.
At our back entrance, we are 40m from the local primary school which has a great play area and room to run around.
