In the heart of Sydney, our architect designed home is situated in a charming, leafy pedestrian-only enclave. Eclectic, comfortable & filled with unique art & design, our home offers open-plan living, dining room, a gourmet kitchen & two courtyards, one with a spa pool. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study / 3rd bedroom. Located in the centre of one of Sydney’s most desirable areas, Paddington is close to the city, harbour and beaches.
Our home comes with a handsome cat who would require feeding during your stay, as would the seven fish in the outdoor pond.

The layout is ideal for relaxed living, with the ground floor made up of a living area with comfortable oversized seating, dining area and kitchen as well a guest powder room. The dining and living areas open onto the main courtyard entertaining space through glass bifold doors, creating indoor/outdoor living. The family living area is equipped with flat screen TV with local digital channels, Apple TV and 5G wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, electric & steam ovens, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen has french doors leading to the second tree-lined courtyard which has a spa pool and sun-deck.
On the first floor, the master bedroom with king sized bed (183 x 203cm firm memory foam mattress) features sliding glass doors opening onto a verandah with glimpses of city views. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with a double shower. Also on the first floor is a double bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, (153 x 203cm firm memory foam mattress) and a balcony overlooking the spa pool.
Between the two bedrooms is a large study which can serve as a third bedroom using our self-inflating air-beds.
Both these rooms are served by a family bathroom with bath and shower.
The master bedroom has air-conditioning for the warmer months, and both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Ours is a loved family home, not a dedicated rental property, so has our personal items in the space. We will clear some hanging space for your clothes, etc. but please be aware our home won’t have the facilities of a hotel.
Any guests would also need to care for our cat during their stay, as well as our seven friendly fish.
