About our home
Our modern apartment in the hip inner city suburb of Paddington was recently renovated to a very high standard. With Scandi furnishings, fresh white walls and inspired artwork throughout, this sleek split level apartment is both bright, airy and comfy. Located on the second floor of a heritage building (it is walk up - no lift), this pad can work for families or singles - as it has both a queen and a king size bed that can be split into two singles. The building has a pool, gym, spa and sauna. The best part, however is the location - opposite the Sydney Cricket Ground stadium and Entertainment Quarter, only 5 minutes walk from busy Oxford Street Paddington and ten minutes to Surry Hill's dining precinct... a short car ride from Bondi, it has everything on its doorstep.

Neighbourhood
Paddington is the polite and stylish neighbour to our brash and fabulous suburb neighbour of Darlinghurst next door. There are quaint pubs (Poms needn’t feel far from home..) hip eateries and romantic history-making restaurants at every corner. Beyond the fancy fish butcher (yes, there is such thing) and the Merivale managed juggernaut that is The Paddington (I go weak at the knees just thinking about the chicken and roasted cauliflower dish sticky with dates.. ) there are many excellent drinking and dining options.
If you like eating, drinking and socialising then this simply is the best area in Sydney for you to stay. Don't even get me started on the shopping. Okay... Do. Glenmore Road Paddington has a bunch of excellent Aussie designers (stop for a coffee at Jackie’s), then walk up Oxford St towards Bondi for more boutiques, homewares and pubs. There's much to be done at Westfield Bondi Junction - it’s only about 7 minutes drive or head the other direction into the city and check out Pitt St Mall and The Strand- it’s onky about 10 minutes on the bus.
