About our home

We have a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which has direct beach access being only 20 meters from the sand on the southern protected end of the beach. You can sit anywhere in the open plan living area and view the beach and the ocean just 50 metres away. There is laminate timber floors in the main living room which makes for easy maintenance and cleaning which is important with the sand only meters away from the front door. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, built in wardrobe plus an ensuite bathroom with a small bath/shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be joined together to create a king sized bed)and a built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are carpeted. The main bathroom has a large shower and there is a separate washing machine and dryer area outside the bathroom. The kitchen is modern with granite bench tops, Miele glass electric cooktop and fan forced oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the basic kitchen conveniences. There is a large timber deck with outdoor table and bbq which overlooks the lagoon and out over the sand and the ocean.
The apartment was only renovated 2 years ago so is very clean, fresh and modern with high exposed ceiling timber beams in the living room. The beach is a popular spot with weekenders from Sydney as well as tourists being just 1 hour north of Sydney. You can also catch a ferry to take you direct to Palm Beach (30 minutes away) which is the most northern beach on the Sydney peninsula.

Pearl Beach is a beautiful beachside hamlet about 1 hour north of Sydney which is surrounded on all sides by hills and bushland. (Information on Pearl Beach

The beach is not a surf beach so is a favorite place for families and more relaxing days lazing on the beach, wondering around the rocks at the points, bush walks, bike riding, tennis or just relaxing with friends having a bbq in summer. The place is a buzz around late December and January with the population growing with many of the holiday homes full over the summer Christmas holiday.

Located in the heart of Pearl Beach only meters to sand positioned on both the banks of the lagoon and beach itself. The backyard has private access to the sand with a Fine Dinning Restaurant located in the front of the building with a Cafe and shop across the road plus a Children's Playground 50 metres from the property

We are a family of three, our child being only 10 months old. We have our own business which we can run from anywhere, this being the reason why we are interested in exchanging for a house in France preferably in the Haute-Savoie. We are both avid skiers so wish to be close to the ski fields over the winter season.

We are very clean and ensure our house is spotless and comfortable, both non smokers and expect to swap with like minded people who value their homes. We only speak English so hopefully can discuss with someone who also speaks English. We assure any interested people that the area of Pearl Beach is a such a beautiful place and the Christmas period is the best time of year being summer in Australia in the southern hemisphere.
