Our beach house is an unusual, wonderful U-shaped home, with sleeping, kitchen and living areas wrapped around a spacious central atrium, filled with natural light. It is our sanctuary, and you will love it.

There are 2 generous-sized bedrooms on one side, the master bedroom has a firm Queen Bed, with an incredibly comfortable Sleeping Duck mattress. The second room is Kimberlee's massage treatment room, which has a comfortable double sofa bed. These rooms are joined by a shared bathroom, with toilet, shower and bath. As we have just one room functioning as a permanent bedroom, our spacious home is best suited for a couple, two people travelling together who wish to have separate rooms, or a couple with small children. The double sofa bed is probably not suitable for two adults, but fine for two children. It is good quality, well made, we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible.
The living room / dining room is on the other side of the house, looking out to a saltwater pool, which is partially undercover, perfect for hot days.
The kitchen is in the middle of the home, looking into the atrium and into the back garden, which is filled with young fruit trees and homegrown veges. The laundry at the back of the house also has a separate shower and toilet. Bedrooms and living areas have reverse cycle air-conditioners.
There is a self-checkin key safe. Easy breezy.
“We had a great stay at this house at Peregian Beach- a quieter village on the sunshine Coast. It is 10 minutes to Noosa and is less than half hour drive to Eumundi markets, Maroochydore and Mooloolba. Peregian has a supermarket, a hotel and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The house was clean with a very peaceful atmosphere. It was ideal for a couple. They have a back gate for quicker access down to the beach. Kimberlee responded back quickly to our request and any other messages.”
We are James and Kimberlee, and we lead a whole food, plant-based lifestyle. James is a tradesperson, who is able to build just about anything with his hands, and Kimberlee is a veteran massage therapist. We met on the beach in Peregian, and the rest is history! We love being in nature, especially the beach. Gardening, growing our own fruit & vegetables is a passion. We enjoy films, travel, architecture, culture, and food, and meeting new people. We also love creating beautiful spaces, and I feel our home reflects this. Our Peregian beach house is a tranquil beach retreat.
My husband, James, and I live in a cute beach house directly across the road from the beach, in a small coastal community that we have enjoyed being members of for over 20 & 30 yrs, respectively. We love being part of a close-knit community here in Peregian Beach, on the Sunshine Coast.
Our home is a 5 minute drive to Peregian Village, a 15 minute drive to the famous beaches of Noosa & Noosa National Park. Walking to our local patrolled beach takes 5 minutes at the most, it is right across the road. Peregian Beach Markets (15 min walk) are held at the front of the Peregian Beach Surf Club on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month. Noosa is known as a foodie destination, with plenty of dining options and new places opening all the time. We can provide a list of local places for you to check out when you arrive.
There is a bus stop right outside our back door, allowing you to catch public transport north to Noosa, or just across the road to go south to Coolum. Translink.com.au provide the local bus services, and you will find timetables online.
