Our home is a large, spacious 5 bed house with open plan living enjoying knockout views of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, misty mornings and breath-taking sunsets. The house has a large main living area upstairs with plenty of space for family to spread out. Kitchen bench, dining table, living area, study area. Large front balcony overlooking the hinterland and small rear balcony dining area overlooking 10 metre pool (1 year old), garden with Vuly climbing frame.
Upstairs master king bed with ensuite shower room. Children’s twin room (twin singles), play room (we can put a blow-up bed if required) and family bathroom with bath and shower.
Downstairs we have a large room used as a yoga/ exercise studio but also a big TV so can double as media room. Two bedrooms - 1 queen double and 1 triple (bunk plus single) and shower room.
Fast wifi 2 big tvs, upstairs has Foxtel and both main tvs have Netflix, Stan, Disney+. Play stuff is girls (4 and 7) but loads of craft stuff, games and a couple of old consoles kicking around too. for rainy days.
Being near the beach, garage is full of beach stuff - surf boards, boogie boards, 2 mountain bikes, 2 racing bikes, gazebo, cabana, beach trolly etc. 7 seater car available also.

Peregian Beach is located 15 minutes’ drive from Noosa Heads, Peregian is at the southern end of Noosa’s coastline.
Our house is located in North Peregian Beach, close to Marcus Beach. The house is at the back of the village, overlooking The National park. The house is a flat 1km walk or cycle to the beach North Peregian Beach – Beach entrance 50. It is 3 km to Peregian village. This is an easy flat walk/cycle along quiet roads, or you can walk along the beach. There is also plenty of parking in the village.
In the centre of Peregian you'll find a friendly beachside village where you can enjoy the ambience and shade of the village square and experience the diverse range of shops, cafes and restaurants.
