“We enjoyed a wonderful exchange at Peggy and Dean’s luxurious home on the Sunshine Coast. Peggy did everything to make us welcome. While we were there, we had family join us for our grandson’s 7th birthday – what a delight it was for the children, with their own lounge area, a cooling swimming pool and a play room filled with toys – any child’s dream come true. The master bedroom, ensuite and parents retreat is amazing – huge and luxurious, 3 sides of the retreat comprised of wooden louvres, allowing a delightful breeze through the bedroom areas. All rooms in the house are spacious. Two separate living areas downstairs, also kids play room, large kitchen which opens fully via bi-fold doors onto the deck and barbeque area near the pool, a huge dining room with table big enough for a large family. This house is made for a family, but was also very comfortable for just the two of us also. Peregian Beach, a few minutes drive away, is a long, white beach, good surf, and a lovely village square atmosphere, and great coffee shops. A little further afield is trendy Noosa, and Coolum, with its lovely boardwalks around picturesque headlands. There is so much to do on the Sunshine Coast and the hinterland, you will not run out of great ideas. If you are lucky enough to arrange an exchange with Peggy and Dean, jump at the opportunity. You’ll love it! Thank you Peggy and Dean for sharing your beautiful home with us.”

Peggy's reviews
As a host (2)“We wish to thank Peggy for the opportunity of exchanging houses. She has a luxurious house ideally located 4 mins to the local supermarket, 8 mins to the closest beach, and 16 minutes to Noosa. It located near numerous golf courses in the local area. The house was a wonderful sanctuary for us to relax in after touring the Noosa hinterland or swimming at the beach. Our synchronized airport car exchanges greatly benefited both parties and facilitated a relaxed start/end to both of our exchanges. We thank Peggy and her family for taking great care of our house, and they are welcome back any time.”
More about us
-
I'm Peggy, originally from France Loire Atlantique, career over 25 years in hospitality. I have two lovely boys 8 and 9 years old, and a cat!
We have settle here in Peregian Springs since 2011. We used to exchange with our two storey house but we sold it and I just finished to build this one storey for myself and the boys.
I would like to take the boys in some French speaking destinations like New Caledonia, French Polynesia, anywhere in the Pacific Islands, Bali, Thailand, skiing in Australia or New Zealand.
We do love travelling very much, enjoy great food, the nature, the ocean, snorkeling , hiking, skiing, boating, adventures.
So far the home exchanges we have done, have been very good for us, both way really. Amazing opportunities of travels (Agnes Water, Sydney, Cairns..). -
I could also travel by myself with a friend without the children so very versatile with the dates!
-
I could eventually come to visit as a guest by myself when you are home and vise versa!
