About our home

Modern home situated 12 kms from Perth City. Excellent Public transport from the door into the City. House is situated on a large block with a nice Patio area with bar-bq and fish pond. All modern conveniences in country style kitchen. Seperate Laundry with washing machine and seperate Dryer. Garden is private and lends itself to outside entertaining.Car exchange possible with a choice of Mitsubishi Challenger or Subaru Legacy both auto.

More about us

My name Ian and my Wife is Margaret. We have been retired for 3 years and have done the big trip round Australia with a caravan. A number of holidays in Asia and thought we might try this home exchange for a holiday in the old country where we have a few friends. We belong to the local Lawn Bowls club and consider ourselves friendly and outgoing. We have 2 Adult Daughters who live in the Area and would be only to pleased to help you with any information that enables you to enjoy your holiday in Western Australia.

The house is situated in a modern neighbourhood. Within walking distance of tennis club and Lawn Bowls. 5 mins drive to some of the best beaches in Australia. Tourist attraction of Large Marina with Restaurants and shops. 20 mins drive to the Swan Valley Vineyards with Names such as Houghtons, Sandalfords, etc.Golf courses are numerous.I will even let you use mine.
